Meditation is an inner journey, a journey of self discovery or, indeed, rediscovered. Meditation is taken for quiet reflection and silence, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Taking time out enables us to return to a concentrated place. In our modern world, the pace of life is increasing rapidly and we are losing touch with our true inner peace and power.

When we no longer feel grounded, we can push and pull ourselves in many different directions. It is at this point that we begin to experience tension and a feeling of being trapped. Gradually, over time, this feeling leads to illness and disease, as our mental, emotional and physical health goes out of balance.

Raj Yoga meditation is a form of meditation that is accessible to people of all backgrounds. It is a meditation without rituals or mantras and can be practiced anywhere at any time. Raj Yoga meditation is practiced with eyes open eyes, which makes this method of meditation versatile, simple and easy to practice. Meditation is a state of being in that place every day beyond consciousness, which begins spiritual empowerment. Spiritual awareness gives us the power to choose good and positive thoughts over those who are negative and worthless. We start reacting to situations, rather than reacting to them. We start living with harmony, we create better and happier, healthier relationships and change our lives in the most positive way.

How to meditate yoga ?

5 Simple steps of Raj yoga Meditation

1. Self-realization - One has to practice soul consciousness. It is a matter of making effort (Purushartha) because we have now become conscious of the body. We have forgotten that we are a small spiritual soul. This is true introspection.

2. God realization - As we practice soul consciousness and it becomes a natural stage of consciousness, we now recognize our spiritual God Father who lives in the spirit world away from this material world. He is the ocean of all virtues and powers. We remember him now. Just as I remember the father of my body, so do I remember the father of the soul.

‘Raja Yoga
’ is a direct connection or relation with the ocean of peace, purity and all powers (God, Supreme Soul). In Raja Yoga, we remember (imagine) ourselves first as a soul and then remember (imagine) the supreme soul in keeping with its qualities (peace, pure, loving, joyful and powerful). . Parallel to this, we experience a deep connection with our own nature (i.e. peace, love ..).

The word yoga means relationship. In Raja Yoga meditation, the soul experiences a connection with the Supreme Soul. The process of improving this link begins with a journey into an inner world to discover its true, spiritual identity.

The process of experiencing oneself as a spiritual being or soul, which is a luminous, emotional point of energy, and then connects to the highest source of energy. .

This process of self-empowerment is completely voluntary and does not involve any element of mind suppression. It is indeed freedom from all the boundaries of mind that we have drawn. It is also about aligning thoughts, feelings, words and actions with the core qualities of soul, peace, love, bliss and truth. It is our self-transformation in every way.

Raja Yoga Meditation
Through this easy Raja Yoga or meditation, we souls experience true peace, purity, love and happiness and receive powers from the Almighty. The main purpose that teaches us Raja Yoga in this time called Confluence Age (Sangam Yuga) is that through the remembrance of (Supreme Soul), we souls are cleansed of all our past sins of past lives .

When we enter the body we are born, and when we leave the body, it is called death (of the body, not of the soul). The soul is eternal. We have a beautiful relationship with God as our father (creator), teacher (enlightens us) and guide (takes us back home) .. Learn Raja Yoga and experience it yourself, which today is practiced by millions of souls. Is experienced. Om Shanti (I am a peace loving soul)
